To All Shipmates:
We have lost two fine sailors this year. George Rader aand Dave Perry, both from G Division, 1963-
1967. George died from complications from diabetes and Dave died from heart problems. Both diseases related to exposure to Agent Orange while serving in combat zones aboard the USS Valley Forge LPH-8.
THESE WIDOWS NEED OUR HELP NOW!
Do any of you guys remember George or Dave going ashore in the Gulf of Tonkin or DeNang Harbor? To prove boots on ground. Buddy letters, pictures, diaries, journals, anything to help these ladies get their well deserved benefits! Please contact me: D.J. DeWitt ABH-2, V-1 Division 1963-1967
