To All Shipmates:
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year and passage of
We have lost two fine sailors this year. George Rader aand Dave Perry, both from G Division, 1963-
1967. George died from complications from diabetes and Dave died from heart problems. Both diseases related to exposure to Agent Orange while serving in combat zones aboard the USS Valley Forge LPH-8.
