Sharon,go to Google and type in Sailors and Agent Orange Benefits.I'm pretty sure you will find the answers your looking for. This is a case that was won in the courts, Blue water sailors didn't have to have "boots on ground" The junk that was being sprayed was carried thru the air waves to ships laying at ancor while in support for our personnel on ground.Also sent you an e-mail to you at webedoxies@charter.net Hope all works out for you..Ken
