There was an article in June's Legion magazine on Agent Orange, in which the VA said they would not pay benefits to sailors who served on station off the coast of Nam.
They still stand bye "Boots on Ground" in Nam in order to be eligible for benefits as a result of diseases caused by the affects of Agent Orange.
