I am a plank owner having served as a throttleman in the engine room from commissioning through shakedown, passage through the Panama Canal, and arrival in San Diego. I was then transferred to the USS Princeton in Bremerton, WA in Sept., 1947. It would be great to hear from anyone that might have served with me in the engine room.
